How to book your Exhibition Space

There will be a wide range of sites available to cater for everybody's requirements. These will include fully equipped Stands in a range of different sizes as well as space-only sites. Fully equipped Stands will be furnished to the following standard:

De-luxe octanorm shell scheme 2.5 metres high, to take double-sided Velcro for posters and light-weight board displays;
Fascia board with raised area to take the Exhibitor's name;
Finger board for the Stand number;
Spotlights and electric sockets (designated according to the size of the Stand);
Coffee table and chairs (designated according to the size of the Stand);
Daily stand cleaning.

All exhibitors (whether they have a fully equipped Stand or space-only sites) will receive the following benefits at no additional cost:

Free unlimited number of ticket invitations to invite their potential customers to visit then at the Exhibition;
Free entry of your company logo, written profile and web link on the Exhibitors page of the the Eighth Grove Fuel Cell Symposium website;

24 hour security provided;
Health and Safety officer in attendance;
Comprehensive Exhibitors' Manual with full provision for forms and information appertaining to Stand requirements, a wide range of services, contractors forms, utilities, freight forwarding instructions.
