How to Exhibit

Exhibitor Manual

The Tenth Grove Fuel Cell Exhibition will supply a variety of Stands to suit everybody's requirements. Each Stand is supplied within a comprehensive Exhibition Package providing the following benefits:

• Deluxe Octanorm shell scheme to consist of Antique Silver metalwork with beech wall infill panels;
  
• The Fascia Board to consist of black fascia infill panels with black curved name-boards with the exhibitors company name applied in standard 50 mm high upper case white helvetica style lettering;
  
• The Stand number to be applied to protruding ‘bus stop’ sign;
  
• Spotlights (the number varies according to the size of Stand);
  
• Power sockets (the number varies according to the size of Stand);
  
• The Hall area is carpeted;
  
• The aisle areas will be cleaned daily and all rubbish removed;
  
• 24-hour security;
  
• First Aid;
  
• Luncheon Vouchers for 3 days (The number of Vouchers issued is dependent on the size of Stand. Exhibitors have the same menu as delegates to the Conference);
  
• Comprehensive Exhibitor's Manual;
  
• 100 ticket invitations to invite your potential customers to visit you at the Exhibition. More free tickets can be ordered if you require them;
  
• An electronic personalized version of the ticket invitation to send as an emailed follow-up one month before the Exhibition (this can be supplied earlier if you wish);
  
• Your Company logo, written profile and web link will appear on the Exhibitor's page of the Grove 2007 Exhibition web site;
  
• A 50-word entry in the Event Guide which will be included within Fuel Cell Focus magazine and will be circulated globally to 15,000 readers as well as visitors at Grove 2007;
  
• There is no restriction on the number of people exhibiting on your Stand.

NB: Please note that furniture is not included.
