Conference Registration Fees
Early Bird registration: €1050 + VAT @ 17.5% = €1233.75
Conference delegate registration: €1130 + VAT @ 17.5% = €1327.75
Student registration fee: €450.00 + VAT @ 17.5% = €528.75
(Student registration forms must be accompanied by a signed
letter from your head of department attesting to student status.)
The conference registration fee includes:
- Access to all conference sessions and poster area
- Access to the exhibition and fuel cell demonstration area
- Delegate manual and abstract book available at the conference
- Access to electronic extended abstracts and Powerpoint slides of
oral presentations plus abstracts of poster presentations
- Drinks reception
- Mid-session refreshments and lunch on each day of the conference
- Special issue of Journal of Power Sources after the conference

Student Bursaries
A limited number of student bursaries will be available, enabling free
attendance at The Tenth Grove Fuell Cell Symposium 2007. These will be
awarded to research students presenting a poster in person at the Conference.
Applicants must provide a signed covering letter from their supervisor
confirming the applicant is a research student.
The Deadline for receipt of applications is Friday 3rd August 2007. Applicants
will be notified of the committee's decision by Friday 17th August 2007.

Conference Publications
All conference delegates will receive a book of extended abstracts of
the oral presentations together with the abstracts of the poster presentations
upon arrival at the conference. Full papers from the conference will be
reviewed for publication in a special issue of the Journal of Power
Sources which will be sent to all registered delegates upon publication.
Payment
Registration fees are payable in advance of the Conference. In order
to expedite the registration process, please complete the registration
form with your credit card details. Confirmation of your credit card payment
along with registration confirmation documents will be sent to you by
mail. If you do not receive confirmation of your registration 7 days prior
to the event, please contact the Conference Secretariat.
Alternative payment methods
Cheques should be made payable to Elsevier Ltd. and should be sent with
your completed registration form.
In order to pay by bank transfer, you will first require an invoice. An
invoice will be sent to you by airmail upon receipt of a signed registration
form completed with your contact details and registration details. The
reverse side of the invoice provides Elsevier bank account details for
transfer purposes. Please do not transfer fees until you have received
your invoice. It is essential that you include your invoice number when
instructing your bank. Please forward a copy of the bank transfer documentation
to the conference secretariat.
VAT
VAT at 17.5% is payable on all conference registration fees
Cancellations
Substitutions may be made at any time but please advise
the Conference Secretariat of a change of name. If you find it necessary
to cancel the registration completely, please notify
the Conference Secretariat immediately. Provided written notice is
received by 14 August 2007, a full refund will be given less a 10% administration
charge. Provided written notice is received by 28 August 2007 a 50% refund
will be given. It is regretted for registrations cancelled after 8 September
2005, or for no-shows at the conference, the full fee (100% cancellation
charges) will be payable.
In the unlikely event that Elsevier shall deem it necessary to cancel
the conference, all pre-paid registration fees will be reimbursed. Elsevier
shall not be liable for reimbursing the cost of travel arrangements made
by individual delegates.
Changes
Details are correct at January 2007. Elsevier reserves the right to
change any session in the final programme.
