Michael Bode is President and Chief Executive Officer of CFC Solutions GmbH, a Tognum Group Company, since January 2003.

Mr. Bode has experience in the Hydrogen and Fuel Cell field and in public/private partnerships since 1989. He was and is actively promoting and supporting the development, demonstration and commercialization of Fuel Cell Technologies in Europe. He was Founding Member of the European Fuel Cell Group in 1989 and is now Member of the Board of Fuel Cell Europe. He joined the Steering Committee for organizing the leading European Fuel Cell Conference “Grove Fuel Cell Symposium” in 1992. He has been Member of the Deployment Strategy Panel of the European Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Technology Platform and is Chairman of VDMA Fuel Cells (VDMA = German Engineering Federation).

Mr. Bode is Member of the Board of Directors of Fuel Cell Energy, Inc./USA and Member of the Board of BankInvest/New Energy Solutions in Denmark.
